Turnaround times are listed for each item individually + reflect business days. For example, a 7-10 day TAT means your item will ship out or be ready for pickup within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving payment (weekends + holidays do not count toward your days). Please note that bleached items *may* take longer depending upon current weather conditions (I need the SUN to achieve the best bleaching result!).
I strive to keep turnaround times to an absolute minimum-- nothing makes me happier than getting orders out earlier than expected!
Please reference size charts with each listing to determine your best fit. It is likely you are able to wear at least 2 sizes (for example: a small for a fitted look -OR- a medium for a slouchy, tucked-in or tied look). All orders less than $75 (before tax + any discounts) will incur a $7 shipping fee. If you spend $75 or more, your order ships for FREE!
Free local porch pickup (Leo, IN) is available! Please pickup orders in a timely fashion. Any orders not claimed within 8 weeks will be donated to Goodwill.
I do not offer refunds; exchanges are welcome. I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Exchanges must be communicated within 10 days of you receiving the item (per delivery status of your package). Unworn, unwashed, merchandise may be exchanged for another size (if available) or store credit. You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with the exchange to or from the shop.
